ArchiCAD Solo

ArchiCAD Solo edition — is for small and medium sized firms and freelancers.

ArchICAD Solo is a powerful entry-level system, a good starting point to get into BIM from 2D CAD, with a no-loss upgrade path.

ArchiCAD Solo is good for practitioners doing small projects, home builders, real estate developers and interior designers.

ArchiCAD Solo provides powerful advantages over a 2D CAD solution – operating on a building focused, 3D model-based design platform.

For remodeling and home expansion projects, ArchiCAD Solo supplies a built-in renovation tool. Users can coordinate all documentation and create integrated presentations for client meetings.

The primary focus of people in the early stages of BIM progression are production and design. ArchiCAD Solo is strong in production and design.

ArchiCAD Solo can model and document to the same level of detail and precision of a full version of ArchiCAD.

ArchiCAD Solo is a full 64-bit application on Mac and PC platforms with multi-processor support for optimum performance.

Background processing, optimized scaling of multiple-core CPUs, and an improved central graphics unit result in optimized performance and navigation.

Purchase & Subscription

Purchasing a software can be a big expense upfront for some companies but it comes with the benefit of owning your software, forever. There are however firms who might only need a license for the period of the project, this is where the new Subscription offering comes in.

Subscription offers less cost up front but could end-up with greater cost on the long-run. This option is ideal if there is short-term requirements for additional licenses and don’t expect it for longer periods.

The great part of the new licensing option offered by Graphisoft, you are free to choose which works for you. You can either choose the purchase route, subscription or even both!
